The very first attempt at making an axe....

Using a piece of hard green serpentine that refused to take a shine.....to me....
i had picked it up off the cliffs long before i started working serpentine and carried it around because it looked nice...
of all the pieces to carve so early in my serpentine career i chose this piece
then i sold it for a song....and a dance.....
so if you bought it ......
remember that i've yet to find another piece like it .....
and i miss it!
